Dr. Martin is honored to have been selected for the 2014 Best of Knoxville Award in the Orthodontist category by the Knoxville Award program.

Each year, the Knoxville Award Program chooses local businesses that they believe have achieved exceptional success int he local community and enhanced the positive image of small business through service to patrons and the community.

Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed and winners were chosen based on the quality of their work.

Dr. Martin Featured on WATE 6 News!

Dr. Martin, orthodontist in Knoxville, TN was recently featured on WATE 6 news where he demonstrated an orthodontic device for the hearing impaired.

This innovative technology is a two part device called the Sound Bite Hearing System. One part goes behind the patient’s ear, the other part goes in the patient’s mouth. The device is removable and comfortable to wear. Combined with a behind the ear microphone unit, patients can hear by conducting sound through the teeth to the inner ear.

Dr. Martin is the only orthodontist in the Knoxville area to work with this device. Check out the news clip below to learn more.
